Firstly, we will define the planned work content together. We will also be happy to make suggestions based on our experience and discuss these with you.

Even though we enjoy our work, we also make a living from it. That's why we need a contract that defines the co-operation and the costs incurred. You will therefore receive an offer from us in which the work content, the goals to be achieved and the costs incurred are listed. This can also include agreements on project cancellation if, for example, the feasibility of a development project is technically or commercially questionable. We endeavour to offer a fixed price where this is reasonable and possible. We also offer on-call working hours, e.g. for consultancy projects. A fixed price means that the risk for the client is manageable.

We usually split a task into sensible sub-projects but, if necessary, estimate the respective costs for subsequent projects. Particularly in the case of development projects and feasibility studies, changes to the planning result from the collaboration. Within the framework of the cost budget, we are therefore happy to respond to requests for changes in content.

We are then happy to be commissioned.

It is clear to us that if user- and application-specific results are produced as part of contract development, these are transferred to the customer for the described application purpose. As such results are often a consequence of existing knowledge, we are happy to utilise these results for other fields of application, possibly in a different form. We will never apply the same solution to a constricting client. Nor is this necessary, as the solutions are always very strongly characterised by the client's market environment.

Incidentally, the handling of rights, patents and IP is freely negotiable, as long as there are no legal requirements to the contrary.

Research and development services require a high level of trust-based collaboration, especially in the case of strong team integration. This often only develops in the course of the project work. For this reason, and also because we identify strongly with the tasks we are given and the results we achieve, we look forward to long-term collaboration. Very often this happens all by itself. We are proud of this.

It is therefore a matter of course for us to continue supporting a project after its completion. Our customers can rely on this.
