The first actual development step towards a sensor or system is prototype development.
Here we work in a team with the client's employees to support the realisation of the solution approach into a product. These can be low-cost applications or complex measuring systems. We work in the following areas, among others
- metrological and industrial flow measurement (water meters, heat meters, gas meters, industrial flowmeters)
- Level measurement (from above, from below, through container walls), distance measurement
- Media identification, air bubbles and general air detection
- Leakage detection
- Non-destructive testing methods, especially air-coupled systems
- In-line process monitoring and quality assurance
- Diagnostic systems for oil and gas production
- Power sound applications, sonotrodes, emulsifiers
- clamp-on flow sensors
and much more.
We work in a solution-orientated manner based on the physical situation. It helps that we at inoson GmbH have all the necessary resources at our disposal to carry out a system-technically orientated design.
- Physical principles of the propagation and interaction of ultrasonic waves, including numerical modelling
- Development of ultrasonic transducers for use in gases, liquids and solids, including in harsh environments (high temperature, high pressure)
- Development of the special analogue electronics, which also takes into account the piezoelectric coupling on both sides and the most favourable operation of the ultrasonic transducers.
- Development of analogue and digital signal processing through to digital implementation (embedded systems)
- Design and construction
- Production and verification of test samples and prototypes
- Accompaniment of field tests
- Support with approval procedures
- Ultrasonic measurement technology
We usually work together with our potential clients to develop the project content as required and then prepare a lump-sum offer. However, we do not have to do everything; we are happy to intensify our cooperation with our clients by taking on work packages.
