Then the next step is to prepare for production. As far as the electronics or the housing are concerned, this is not a problem for most clients. It becomes more difficult if a special ultrasonic transducer has to be manufactured or purchased, if higher demands regarding structure-borne sound suppression have to be taken into account in the assembly and connection technology or if there is no knowledge of the electro-acoustic test procedures (initial test, intermediate test, final test). Then we can certainly make a contribution:

• Support in setting up supply chains for active and passive electro-acoustic components
• Product-orientated specification of active and passive acoustic components
• Support with assembly and connection technology
• Planning, design and implementation of test equipment
• Development and introduction of manufacturing instructions and processes for the production of ultrasonic transducers
• Delivery of samples or components for the period of series introduction (via inosonComponents GmbH)
• Support with audits, manufacturing FMEA etc.
• Risk or technological assessment of an existing production line or concept
