Systems engineering approach
Right from the start, it is important for us to understand the ultrasonic sensor as a system. This means developing the necessary components based on the physical task and combining them sensibly. We know that this is the only way to create cost-effective, energy-saving solutions that utilise all facets of ultrasound. That is why we have all the necessary resources in-house to develop an ultrasonic sensor. Even if these are not required for a specific project, this knowledge supports our view of the overall system.
We don't have to rely on available components to create a sensor; instead, we design the sensor to be the best solution for the client. We are only limited by physics.
In a team with the client
At the same time, however, we are also aware that innovative products can only be created by combining the customer's application knowledge and inoson's ultrasonic expertise. Open communication with the customer and a far-reaching transfer of knowledge are crucial for this.
We cultivate this cooperation and are rewarded with long-term customer relationships. We are certain that our customer must understand the developed product and only then will the resulting synergy effects lead to innovation.
As one of the few service providers worldwide for ultrasonic contract development, we believe that product development or improvement can only take place in close team-orientated cooperation with the customer. This is the only way to make sustainable decisions together and avoid misguided development results.
Wealth of experience
We dedicate ourselves exclusively to ultrasound - in all areas of application. A wealth of experience and a portfolio of specific application knowledge has developed from the large number of successfully solved tasks.
The simultaneous work on low-cost sensors, e.g. for automotive or white goods, on highly specialised process-integrated inspection systems or medically approved devices creates an interesting field of tension due to the very different requirements, which forms the basis for innovative solutions and implementations.
Our employees are engineers from all disciplines that we need to develop an ultrasonic sensor system. This starts with the physics of ultrasound, continues with component development such as transducers, analogue electronics and digital signal processing as well as design engineering and extends to measurement and production technology. We can provide our clients with customised support in all areas.
In addition, inoson has at its disposal a well-developed, in part very specialised and self-developed laboratory equipment that enables us to work in a professional, solution-oriented manner. In addition, we have access to our component production, which means that the issue of manufacturability can also be taken into account in the pre-development phase.
Sustainability
Not only should we protect our environment through sustainable living, but developments should also be carried out with this guiding principle in mind. Developments cost money. Ensuring that this expenditure can be utilised in the long term requires close cooperation between the client and us. In this way, concepts can be internalised by the client, passed on and implemented in a new variant or version. If required, we are also available for questions and information in the future.
Confidentiality
There is no single "best" solution for ultrasonic sensors. Customer requirements and their market environment shape the product. In this respect, we never develop the same solution twice. Of course, we promise far-reaching confidentiality. Over twenty years of successful development services in our small niche show that you can rely on us.
